A Virtual Assistant, often referred to as a VA, is your handy helper who can work remotely from anywhere in the world.

 

They are often multi skilled, creative with a strong admin background. They can help you with many things that a regular personal assistant would do just with the exception of working remotely.

Are you a registered business?

Yes, 'The Social Phoenix' is a registered sole trader company in the UK.

Fear not, This is all legal. 

How much do you charge?

The rates are tailored to each job to ensure the best deal for you. We can charge per hour, per month or per project depending on your budget. Get in touch for a free quotation.

What is the expected time frame for a job?

Of course I aim to give you the best service and complete jobs as quickly as possible.

Do you accept work from overseas?

Yes! Personally I am based in Scotland but this is the beauty of the virtual world, I can be online assisting you wherever you may be located. I have already worked on projects from the Middle East, Africa and Canada.

Do you handle bespoke tasks?

Definitely! I'm open to your requests of the weird and wonderful aspects of the VA world.

How do you accept payment?

Payment can be made to a UK bank account or through PayPal
